Be part of one of Aledo’s most cherished holiday traditions!

Christmas Tyme in Aledo brings the community together for an evening filled with holiday magic, shopping, food and family-friendly fun. This year, Historic Front Street will transform into an open-air holiday market where visitors can shop for handmade gifts, unique finds and festive treats while enjoying an evening of holiday activities throughout downtown.

We’re looking for local makers, artisans, crafters and food vendors to join us for this special celebration.

Craft and Merchandise Vendors

Are you a local artisan, maker, crafter or business selling products? This application is for vendors selling handmade goods, artwork, gifts, clothing, home décor, cottage food, specialty products and other merchandise.

$50 per 10'x10' booth

Food and Beverage Vendors

Are you a food truck, food trailer or other food vendor interested in serving attendees at Christmas Tyme? Cottage food vendors should apply as craft vendors. 

Food vendors will be selected based on event needs, menu variety and available space. Additional requirements and documentation may apply.

Important Information
  • Applications will be accepted through November 6, 2026. Space is limited and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. 
  • Priority will be given to Aledo residents and businesses. First-time vendors are welcome to apply, and we especially encourage local makers, creatives and small businesses to share their work with the community.
  • The City of Aledo will only provide the space. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, water, electricity, etc.  All craft vendors must use battery-powered lights for inside their tent and twinkle lights along tents are strongly encouraged!
