Aledo’s boards and commissions provide valuable community insight and expertise on topics that impact the future of our city.

These volunteer groups serve in an advisory role to City Council, reviewing topics, discussing community needs and providing recommendations that help inform local decisions.

Serving on a Board or Commission

Residents interested in serving on a City board or commission may submit an application when positions become available. Applications are reviewed as vacancies occur and appointments are made by City Council.
