  • The City of Aledo is seeking a talented, energetic, motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Assistant to the City Manager. If you have passion for local government, a servant heart, and enjoy diverse and exciting experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the City Manager’s priorities, focusing on key initiatives, special projects, programs, policies, strategy, performance measurement, organizational culture, future readiness, and providing research on various subject areas and working directly with the City Manager. As a member of the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the organization and positively impact the community.
