Planning & Zoning helps guide the thoughtful growth and development of Aledo by helping ensure land is used in ways that support the community’s vision, protect property values and encourage safe, well-designed neighborhoods and business areas.
The division reviews development proposals and zoning requests for compliance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan, zoning regulations and development standards.
