My Water Advisor ® Now Available!

The City of Aledo has completed the installation of the new AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) system. Water customers now have smart water meters that accurately and securely collect and transmit water usage data.

One of the benefits of the new meters is that customers can view their water usage online through the free My Water Advisor 2.0 customer portal.

Customers can log in to the portal from a desktop or mobile device to view water usage anytime. 

Monthly, daily, and even hourly water usage can be viewed and monitored. Historic water consumption data going back to the initial installation of the new advanced meters will be available soon. Until then, customers may view water consumption for the current billing period.

Water consumption data will help customers identify when their household (or business) is using the most water, what activities are the source of the highest use, and if there is a potential leak to investigate.
