Among many new and innovative amenities, the Downtown Plan includes possibilities for:
- A new municipal complex in the heart of downtown that will serve as the catalyst for the vision created in the Downtown Master Plan
- A restaurant incubator that may incubate smaller businesses, beginning with food trucks and eventually brick and mortar businesses
- Preservation of old-growth trees
- A Farmers Market Canopy that provides a vendor canopy and covered parking when needed
