Mr. Shane Davis was elected as City Council Place 1 on May 1, 2021 and was re-elected for a 2nd term on May 6, 2023. His current term expires in May of 2026. Before being elected to the City Council, Shane served on the Aledo Parks & Recreation Board from February 2019 until May of 2021. Mr. Davis was appointed by his peers to serve as Mayor Pro Tem from May 26, 2022 until July 27, 2023.
Mr. Davis is the owner and operator of The Aledo Athletic Club and a long time resident of the City of Aledo.
