Water Services Virtual Information Meeting
On Thursday, Dec. 14 at 6 p.m., the City of Aledo hosted a virtual information meeting to inform customers about:
- water and wastewater system challenges and costs;
- how Aledo purchases water and what goes into water rates;
- progress and benefits of the new automated meters;
- how the new online customer portal will help customers;
- water use, drought and conservation; and
- the independent audit underway to identify process improvements – from metering to billing and payments.
