2026 Summer Blast Vendor Info

Thank you for your interest in participating in Summer Blast, Aledo’s official kickoff to summer. This community celebration brings together families, neighbors and local businesses for an evening of live music, shopping and entertainment at Aledo Commons Park.

At this time, vendor applications are open for craft vendors only. Food vendors are not being accepted. Cottage food vendors are welcome to apply in accordance with applicable regulations.

Application Process

All interested vendors must complete the online application form linked at the bottom of this page. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified of their application status within ten (10) business days of submission.

Application deadline: May 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Cost: $50 per 10x10 space. Please indicate in your application if you need more than one 10x10 space.

Due to space limitations, a limited number of vendor spots are available.

Vendor Selection

Priority will be given to:

Businesses and residents located within the Aledo city limits
Businesses and residents within the Aledo ISD attendance zone
Additional vendors may be selected based on availability and event needs.

Event Details

Location: Aledo Commons Park (312 Aledo Trail, Aledo, TX 76008)
Event Time: 6:00-10:00 p.m.

Vendors must remain set up and operational for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted.

Setup & Requirements

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables and setup materials
Electricity is not available; vendors must bring battery-powered supplies
Sunset is approximately 8:30 p.m., so battery-powered lighting is strongly recommended
Vendor spaces may be on uneven ground; a completely level setup area is not guaranteed
Shade is not guaranteed; please plan accordingly for summer weather conditions
We cannot provide an exact booth location until load in, however a zone will be assigned and communicated ahead of time.
Due to the complex logistics involved in producing an event at this scale, Summer Blast will not be rescheduled in the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that June temperatures can be high. Vendors should come prepared for heat and outdoor conditions.
