What is a Unified Development Code?

The Unified Development Code (UDC) is a document that consolidates all development-related regulations, including zoning and land use, subdivisions, design and development standards, and review procedures. The version of the UDC available below has been updated with all amendments adopted through September 30, 2025; subsequent amendments adopted after that date are currently being incorporated into this document. The UDC may also be accessed through the City’s Online Code of Ordinances; however, that version of the UDC may not reflect the most current amendments adopted by the City.
